Please accept this letter as an objection to the above application and a request that it go to Planning Committee if the officer decision is otherwise to grant permission.

I wish to object to this application on the following grounds:

·         Loss of light or overshadowing;

·         Loss of amenity

The proposed single-storey side return extension would have a detrimental impact on the property at No. 76 which would lose a significant amount of light to both the kitchen and the back room if the extension were to receive planning permission.
